A 2" Slip x Thread bulkhead for aquariums is a fitting used to create a watertight connection through the aquarium wall, allowing for plumbing connections. It features a slip-fit (socket) connection on one side, typically inside the tank, for attaching PVC pipe, and a threaded connection on the other side, usually outside the tank, for attaching threaded PVC fittings.
