The Jewelled Rockskipper (Salarias fasciatus) is an olive-brown fish with dark bars and numerous small white spots, growing up to 5.5 inches long. It has oversized eyes, a unique body shape, and often displays dark longitudinal lines on its front and bright blue spots on its rear. Known commonly as the algae blenny or lawnmower blenny, it is a peaceful but active marine aquarium species that grazes on algae.
