Moorish Idol(Zanclus cornutus)
The Moorish Idol is a striking marine fish known for its deep body, contrasting yellow, white, and black markings, and a long, flowing dorsal fin. It has a tubular snout, a small mouth, and a unique, sickle-shaped dorsal fin that is particularly elongated, creating a "whip-like" filament on adults. These fish are found in Indo-Pacific and Eastern Pacific reefs and are easily recognizable by three vertical black bars on their body and a black mask around the eyes.
